Purposes:
1. To advise the Association’s President on all matters that may need involvement of the Association’s legal counsel.
2. To advise the Association Board and its Sub-Committees regarding terms of contracts, covenants, deeds, and other legal rights as property owners within the Village, Town and State of Vermont.
3. To review and suggest amendments to the Association By-Laws as, and when needed.
